FAQ

What will I get from my life coaching session?

During your first session of life coaching, we will talk about your goals and needs. We will then discuss your goals and help you identify obstacles that may be preventing you reaching those goals. Once we have identified the problem areas we will design a plan to help you reach those goals.

We will keep you informed every month, to ensure that everything is going according to plan. Let us know if you have any concerns.

We are here as your guide throughout this process. You will always feel like we are there for you.

What should I expect from my first appointment with a life coach?

A typical appointment with a Life coach will last approximately one hour. You will meet your coach face to face for the first time.

Your coach will ask about your current circumstances, what you would like to change, why and how much support. This will enable them to adapt their approach to meet your needs.

It is possible that you will be asked to complete a questionnaire in order to help your coach understand you better.

Your coach will explain the fees and outline the services that they offer at the end of the first meeting. You will jointly decide which services would be most suitable for you.

What exactly does a life coach do?

A life coach helps you live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled life by focusing on what matters most to you. They can help you set goals and create strategies to achieve them. They also provide guidance and support when you are struggling.

They are available for you anytime you need them.

Life coaches don't just tell what to do. They also give tools that will help you make better decisions, and improve your relationships.

What are my options?

There is no need to make payment until you have received your final bill.

Numerous life coaches don’t require any upfront fees, so you can start to reap the benefits of their expertise quickly and without spending anything.

Before you hire a coach, however, you must agree on a fee.

How To

What makes life coaching different than therapy?

Therapy is designed for people who are stuck or need help moving forward. Life Coaching is a way to get out of your current situation and help you reach the goals you set for tomorrow.

Life Coaching is based on the belief that we all have unlimited potential and that our greatest asset is not the skills we possess but how well we use those skills. We believe that helping clients develop these skills can make them happier, healthier, and wealthier.

We believe there's a significant difference between coaching and therapy. While therapy focuses on solving problems, coaching focuses instead on building strengths.

Therapists often focus on symptoms such as depression, anxiety, anger, etc., while coaches focus on strengths such as resilience, optimism, confidence, self-awareness, etc. They both focus on change.

The difference is that therapists are trained in fixing problems and coaches to build strength. When someone goes to counseling, they might feel down about themselves and believe that talking to another coach will help them feel better. This is false.

Coaches ask clients questions in order to uncover their answers. For example, what do you enjoy doing? Or, you could ask yourself "Who would it be without limitations?"

They aren't trying to tell clients what they should do. They assist clients in discovering what makes them happy. They see the whole person. This includes their mind, body, spirit, emotions and relationships. - instead of focusing solely on the problem.

In addition to being more effective than traditional therapies, life coaching has another advantage: it's cheaper.

Therapy can take several sessions per week over a period of months, or even years. A good therapist charges between $50-$100 per session. You could spend thousands on therapy if you only need one session per calendar month.

Life coaching is a fraction more expensive than regular consulting. A coach meets with you every two weeks. Many people can afford life coaching because it is cheaper.
